Service Coordinator

This program provides older adults with assistance applying for benefits, accessing services, advocacy, and case management. We can assist with applying for or renewing RTA Paratransit or Senior Ride Free cards, SNAP and Medicaid Benefits, Senior Housing or Part D Prescription Plans to name a few.
